Regency Stays
I used the Sense & Sensibility Regency Stays pattern and was quite satisfied with the outcome. My stays are actually a little too large for me; generally corsets are not supposed to lace up edge-to-edge but I used the smallest size and it doesn't matter anyway.
I really enjoyed making these up; they were quick and easy and had some fun finishing techniques. I love the neatly-finished look of them as well. Very comfortable, too; much more comfortable than my Civil War corset! Quite satisfied with this pattern, I would definitely recommend it to any level of seamstress, especially because Jennie Chancey has a myriad of helps on her website.
